Busi Mashiane has been the Executive of Human Resources for African Rainbow Minerals (ARM since December 2011, after being promoted from the position of Human Resources Manager: Corporate. Busi has held a number of Human Resources Generalist positions during her career, growing and developing her skills from operational Human Resources to strategic Human Resources. She holds a Labour Relations Certificate, a B. Administration Degree in Industrial Psychology, an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership with Change Management Elective (Cum Laude) and completed her Research Thesis on the topic; “Transformational barriers against women advancement in South African Platinum Mines”
