Claudio has been with AB InBev since 1991

AB InBev’s Chief People Officer Claudio Garcia joined the company as a management trainee and gained cross-functional experience as a business leader, working across the Finance, IT, Business Services and Human Resources divisions. He held roles as the Technology and Shared Services, Chief Information and Services Officer, Chief People and Technology Officer in September 2006 and was appointed to his current role in 2014 to ensure a greater focus on building the best people pipeline globally.

 

As the Chief People Officer of AB InBev, he is responsible for the people programs and strategies that empower over 150,000 passionate employees.
