BHP Billiton’s Chief People Officer Athalie Williams, has over 20 years’ experience in leading complex organisational and workforce transformation programs to deliver business value. Since joining BHP as the Group HR Manager for Organisational Development and Learning, she has risen through the ranks, holding positions as Vice President for HR Marketing, Vice President of HR for the Uranium business and Group HR Manager of Executive Resourcing & Development. Prior to BHP Billiton, Athalie was an organisation strategy and workforce transformation advisor with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and National Australia Bank.
