Aileen O'Toole has been Senior VP of Human Resources at Naspers since May 2014.

She has almost two decades of HR leadership experience in fast-growing hi-tech and e-commerce companies. She has previously worked at the Telenor group and eBay, where she spent 10 years as the HR head for eBay EMEA and Global Classifieds. During that time, she focused on business performance through effective talent strategy & practice, while she also worked with businesses in the online payments, online comparison-shopping and eTail sectors.
