Sophie Guieysse, Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Richemont, spent the first part of her career in a public service, holding a number of operational functions at a number of French Ministries. She has strong expertise in shaping the future of business, digital transformation, talent acquisition & organization development as well as HR in international fast-moving, creative, digital and competitive environments where talents and personalities make the difference. A graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Sophie held various human resources roles at LVMH where she ultimately became the Director of Human Resources. In 2005, she joined Canal + group where she spent ten years as Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Committee. Since 2016, Sophie has been advising Dior on the future of luxury in a connected world.
