Advocate For Agile & Strategic HR, Ecolab HR Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, Tshidi Anya has more than 18 years of experience in the profession. Prior to her current role, she was the senior manager for Organisational Effectiveness at Sasol and the Country HR Manager: Nigeria, Sasol Synfuels International, where she held numerous other roles as well. Tshidi is a former commissioner of Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration. She has a Masters Degree in Leadership Coaching is currently studying to complete her doctorate. She is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer & Speaker
