Eskom: Elsie Pule

Elsie first joined Eskom in 1995

Elsie Pule, Group Executive for Human Resources at Eskom, spent her first few career years at Eskom, during which time she fulfilled various roles spanning the entire HR value Chain. She has extensive experience in the field of human resources and was the Deputy President of the Institute for Personnel Management for two years. After a stint as Chief Officer for Human Resources at the South African Revenue Services, Elsie rejoined Eskom in December as a Senior General Manager for Human Resources and acted as the Group Executive for Human Resources since November 2014, a position she held until her current appointment as Group Executive for Human Resources.
