Jenni has been at G4S for over 20 years. 

G4S Group HR Director Jenni Myles has extensive experience in employee engagement, talent management and organisational development, having held HR leadership roles in G4S business units and regions across both developed and emerging markets. She also spent a number of years in head office as Director of Employee Engagement & HR, leading the Group’s employee engagement and labour relations strategy. Prior to joining G4S in 1998, Jenni held HR positions in a variety of business sectors such as automotive, FMCG and consulting. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).
