Donald joined the JSE in November 2016
Donald Khumalo, Director of Human Resources at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, spent much of his career in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. His human resources career began a brief stint at diamond mining company De Beers in 2002. After spending two years at both Sanlam and ABSA Bank, he moved to MTN, where he was a senior manager of HR. He then went to direct competitor Vodacom, where he assumed the role of Executive Head of HR for the Enterprise Business Unit.
