Ramona joined the NEPI Rockcastle in September 2017.
NEPI Rockcastle HR Director Ramona Simulescu leads the development of the HR function and strategy across Central-Eastern Europe EE, overseeing Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia. With over 15 years’ experience in human capital management, she has extensive exposure to all relevant areas of expertise, both functional and strategic level, both in internal as well as client-facing context. Prior to her current role, Ramona spent 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania, where she was the Human Capital Manager for Assurance and Corporate Services business units before becoming PwC’s Human Capital Leader for Romania.
