Capitec Bank: Nathan Motjuwadi

Nathan Motjuwadi, executive: human resources & CSI at Capitec Bank, joined the company in April 2010

Nathan brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in the human resources and training environments. He has experience in union negotiation, branding and identity, mergers and acquisitions, salary arbitration, international law, talent management, employee assessment, performance management, separation and redundancy, and project management. Prior to joining Capitec Bank, he was employed by XPS Services, Cyborg Systems, Coca-Cola (SA) (based in South Africa and London), and Danone SA. 

Nathan started his career as a teacher and head of the department (English and History) from 1993 to 1995. He holds a University Education diploma from Vista University, and BA Honours from the University of Cape Town. He also has a Financial Analysis for Managers diploma from Wits Business School and MBA from Milpark Business School. He has also lectured part time at the University of South Africa’s School of Business Leadership.
