Happy Sandpit signs up as silver partner for HR Indaba

Happy Sandpit, a South Africa-based Think Tank on organisational culture, employee engagement and leadership, has signed up as a Silver Partner for the HR Indaba, which is told be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018.

 

The company was founded by Colin J. Browne after he wrote the book ‘How to build a Happy Sandpit’, which takes a unique look at Southern African companies that enjoy exceptional levels of employee engagement and the organisational culture traits they use to achieve them. The company does original research around the aforementioned focus areas and shares its findings through interactive workshops, seminars and the weekly Culture Shot email newsletter.

As a partner, Happy Sandpit will have one speaking session during the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
