What is Rosstone, how long has it been around and what was the reason for starting the company?

“Rosstone was established 28 years ago as a financial services practice to assist mainly professionals to get their companies off the ground and to attend to their financial and workforce management outsourcing requirements.”

How do you differentiate yourselves from other competitors in your space?

“Our focused approach on providing professional services rather than trying to be all things to all people across employment categories. We have over 28 years‘ experience and consistently high levels of endorsement by clients who are prepared to recommend us unconditionally. We have a rich database and networks of consulting professionals across the globe that prefer to contract their services through us, including partners within the EOH Group and across financial, ICT and engineering industries.

We offer the benefits and reputable contracting opportunities that we extend to consulting professions and top-end contingent employees, and we offer end-to-end systems for the management of contingent workers for the full life cycle of the term of their deployment. Lastly, our clients can get access to substantial legal and financial resources that we can unlock to assist them with during difficult times.”

Why have you signed up for the HR Indaba and what should attendees look forward to seeing from you at the event?

“To Improve our network by Introducing ourselves as a solutions provider at the nexus of workforce management and specialist in outsourcing at the professional end of the market.”

What would you say is the biggest challenge facing the HR profession?

“Dealing collectively and effectively at the nexus of the big five HR issues, which we believe are workforce management, the war for talent, compliance, risk mitigation, service, and cost.”
