Earlybird Educare signs up for HR Indaba Africa 2019

post-title

Earlybird Educare is Africa's first on-site socially-inclusive educare service.

Earlybird Educare, Africa’s first on-site socially-inclusive educare, has signed up as a partner for the HR Indaba Africa 2019, which will be taking place at the Sandton Convention Centre on 16 and 17 October 2019.  Based on Blu Door’s evidence-based preschool network, which was created to improve early childhood education (ECE) for children in low-income areas, Earlybird sets up educare centres at large companies, housing estates, campuses, office parks, and precincts alike.

And, by setting up centres on business premises, they enable employers to enhance their employee value proposition. The first six years of a child’s life, genetics and experiences interact to shape the architecture of their developing brain and, by providing cognitive stimulation, nutrition, and socio-emotional support during this initial phase of life, Earlybird gives children the brightest possible future.

Leading employers worldwide – including Google, Intel, MasterCard, Patagonia, Starbucks, Old Mutual, Johnson & Johnson, and JP Morgan – have already realised these benefits by including high-quality early childhood development (ECD) services as part of their employee wellness offerings.

As a partner, Earlybird Educare will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
