THRIVE has signed up as a partner for the inaugural HR Indaba, which is to be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018. It is a financial wellness company that provides a holistic approach to personal finance by partnering with employers to offer financial wellness as an employee benefit. It’s founder Frank Magwegwe, who is a former chief executive of Momentum Wealth, believes this is the only way to get employees to move beyond simply going through the motions at work to really being engaged and thriving in the workplace.
