Find out how to unlock your employee experience with Torque at the HR Indaba.

Employee experience company Torque has signed up as a partner for the HR Indaba, which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 14 & 15 October 2020. Torque specialises in digital communication, gamification and employee engagement. They work with large organisations with multiple branches and levels across Southern Africa, generally in retail or hospitality.

The reason they focus on employee experience so much is that they love what they do and believe that all businesses operate better where employees feel connected and valued as an important part of the business, no matter what their title is. They design and implement digital strategies to keep employees engaged from pre-onboarding till the end of tenure.

They support rewards and recognition programmes, distribute targeted learning and compliance material within the business and support change initiatives while also testing for change across the organisation.

As a silver partner, Toque will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which is the largest of its kind in South Africa. The conference and expo will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
