African Bank welcomes Linda Mthenjane as group chief people and culture officer

Linda Mthenjane has been appointed as African Bank’s new group chief people and culture officer.

Linda joins the bank from MMI Holdings, where she has served as group executive for human capital for nearly 10 years. 

Before joining MMI Holdings, she was head of HR for FNB International. 

Earlier in her career, Linda was the managing director at Triple M Consulting. She also served as head of strategic HR at FirstRand Corporate Centre.

Academically, she holds a masters in clinical psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
