The group human resources executive at Transaction Capital Risk Services has been nominated for her extensive role in HR.

Transaction Capital Risk Services’s HR executive Dineo Sekwele looks after about 4,000 employees at the company. She has been nominated for the 2022 CHRO Awards.

She serves on five different boards (all within TCRS Group) as a director.

Dineo is responsible for developing executable HR strategies for the group and shaping high performance cultures for all subsidiaries within the TCRS. Her role involves consolidation and all HR processes, policies and systems for the group as well as shaping a high performance culture for all TCRS subsidiaries.

She has also been tasked with creating an attractive EVP and employee experience for the Group, with the aim of attracting and retaining top talent.

Dineo has successfully developed an HR strategy for the group and designed robust HR programmes/ initiatives which are aimed at motivating and developing teams to exceed TCRS objectives.

She is in the process of establishing TCRS Group Learning Academy as well as a relocation journey for the entire group through a change management process.

She holds several qualifications including a master’s degree in management and innovation which she attained cum laude from Wits University.

The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and award them for outstanding performance and leadership. Top CHROs, VIPs and business partners will attend the event to enjoy networking, entertainment and a scrumptious dinner.
