Mandisa's tenure will officially come to an end on February 28.

Nampak Executive Director for HR Mandisa Seleoane has tendered her resignation, effective 28 February 2019.  Having joined the organisation in June 2017, Mandisa now leaves Nampak in the midst of a plan to expands its business outside the country. It is also undergoing a group restructuring project that is reportedly expected to result in massive job losses. The company was last year reported to have employed the services of controversial consulting firm Bain & Company to execute the project - a firm that had come under fire for their involvement in questionable business practices and allegations made in the Nugent Commission.

Mandisa started her career as a team leader at Liberty Life. She has also been in charge of training and development at Medscheme and Outlearning. She holds a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from RAU and a BA Psychology degree from the University of Durban-Westville. She also has qualifications in Business Management and Executive Coaching, with over 18 years of HR experience at some of South Africa's leading enterprises across a variety of different sectors.  Prior to joining Nampak, Mandisa was the group human capital executive at software company Adapt IT (Pty) Ltd. She has also held executive positions at Primedia and De Beers.
