Penny Adams has started a new position as human capital executive at Primedia Out Of Home.
Before joining Primedia Out Of Home, Penny worked as an HR project manager consultant at the SABC, and as a fractional HR leader at BSG. Penny is also a guest lecturer at the University of Johannesburg.
She previously worked at MultiChoice Group, where she held the roles of executive head of human capital, senior HR business partner and head of HR.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Uber as employee relations lead for the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan, and senior people operations lead for sub-Saharan Africa.
She also worked as HR manager at Starbucks South Africa.
At MTN South Africa, Penny held the roles of change manager, HR business partner and HR consultant.
Her foundational roles include working as a HR consultant at Johnson & Johnson and Standard Bank Group.
Penny holds a master’s in industrial and organisational psychology from North-West University, a postgraduate diploma in labour law from the University of Johannesburg, and a BA in industrial and organisational psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
