Chantelle Blandin de Chalain is the chief people officer at LRMG, a seasoned psychologist, and a strategic enabler of workforce readiness.

Before her current role at LRMG, Chantelle led group change management and organisational development at LRMG. She is also the founder of Blending & Mending, a platform that offers counseling, coaching, and family support, with a particular focus on relationships, self, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

Before joining LRMG, she previously served as a change optimisation specialist and organisational development consultant at Strate, as well as a change lead at FNB.

Chantelle holds a masters in industrial and organisational psychology from North-West University, and a BA honours in both industrial and organisational psychology and psychology from UNISA. Additionally, she earned a PGCE in education - intermediate phase, secondary education, and teaching from UNISA, and a BA in child and family psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
