Bronwynne Bester

Bronwynne Bester is the chief people officer at Oceana Group, a position she has held since 2021.

Prior to this, she spent time at Massmart holding HR director roles for the Masscash Holdings and Cambridge Food division.

Her earlier career includes consulting roles at MAC Group and Accenture. She started her career as an HR officer at the Independent Police Complaints Commission, and also served as an associate lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Bronwynne holds a MCom from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BCom honours from the same institution.
