Transaction Capital HR Executive Charmaine Kobrowisky has over 12 years’ experience within the Human Resources disciplines. She joined the company 2006 and was instrumental in establishing the recruitment and business partner divisions. She has held various leadership roles in the Human Resources division and was pivotal in establishing the Employee Engagement team, and designing and implementing the company’s first Talent Management Program. Charmaine holds various HR-related skills and accreditation’s – most notably is a qualified Professional Business Coach through GIBS, also completing their Leadership Development Program.
