Dean Naidoo has been the chief people officer at Zutari since 2015.
Dean has over 20 years’ experience in human resources.
He was previously the group human resources director at Redis Africa for seven years. Prior to that, Dean held the role of general manager of human resources at Sovereign Health div of Momentum for nine years. This was after spending five years at National Medical Plan (NMP) a division of Medscheme, first as a human resources officer and then as the human resources manager.
Dean holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour from Edinburgh Business School, a Labour Law certificate from the University of Natal and a Strategic Organisational Development qualification from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
For his role as chief people officer at Zutari, Dean has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards.
