Devni Naidoo Ferdi is the group HR director  and facilities executive at Cricket South Africa, a role she has held since 2024.

Before joining Cricket South Africa, Devni worked as a HR business architect consulting to various clients, including Nedbank and Omnia, focusing on HR transformation, operating model design, DEI and organisational capability building.

She previously served as HR director Africa and inclusion and diversity director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led regional HR strategy and inclusion initiatives across multiple international markets.

Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Standard Bank Group and Absa Group, overseeing HR operations and people strategy across several African markets.

She holds a coaching qualification in integral coaching from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a BCom in industrial psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
