Dorah Tlala-Tanor is the group chief HR and corporate affairs officer at Proconics.

Dorah stepped into her current role in  after serving as group chief HR officer at Proconics, and also served as the head of HR.

She previously served as senior manager HRD at Sentech SOC and held multiple leadership roles at Independent Media, including group manager HRD and regional executive HR&D.
