Duke Mgaga currently serves as  the chief people officer at the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa.

Before joining Parliament, Duke served as the culture change and wellness executive at Pareto, following a period running his own firm as a HR independent consultant with Swela Consulting. His corporate executive experience includes serving as Southern Africa HR director at Alstom, and as HR operations director at Shell.
