Eswhin Booysen has been the chief human resources officer at In2food since 2018.
Eswhin is an internationally experienced human resources professional.
Prior to joining In2Food, he was the head of human resources at Vedanta Zinc International. Eswhin previously worked as an organisational effectiveness and transformation specialist at Anglo American, for three years. In addition, he has spent five years at BHP Billiton, starting as a human resources superintendent, before taking on the role of business process and data lead followed by the human resources manager position.
Eswhin started his career at Kumba Iron Ore as a human resources professional in training, before becoming a human resources consultant followed by the senior specialist in organisational design and remuneration role during his five years there.
He holds a B. Com (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from North West University. He is a chartered HR professional with the South African Board of Personnel Practitioners, a member of the Institute of People Management and a Prosci certified change practitioner.
