Grace has gained extensive local and international knowledge and hands-on experience across all disciplines of HR with a career spanning more than 16 years in the technology and communications industry. Her expertise span across talent management spheres, including performance management, recruitment, HR project management and implementation, business partnering, strategic management, remuneration and compensation. She has in-depth experience in the ICT arena, having worked for companies that include Sentech, Internet Solutions and UCS Solutions. At Business Connexion, Grace leads the Human Resources Business Partnering, Human Capital Operations and Centre of Excellence teams.
