Heidi Kornmuller, Head of talent management at Coronation Fund Managers (CFM), joined the company in 2002.

She is also the appointed employment equity manager and a member of the CSI, EE and Social, Ethics and Transformation Committees. 

Over a period of 10 years her role has included all aspects of sourcing, developing and consulting on people matters in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Namibia, Botswana, London and Dublin. 

After graduating with a Business Science with Honours in General Psychology degree (UCT) and spending year working in London, Heidi started her career at Investec Asset Management as its first Cape-Town-based human resource consultant. Two years later, she left Investec to begin work on a balanced scorecard project at CFM, after which she was employed as the first HR consultant for the organisation.
