Hope Lukoto has been the chief human resources officer at BCX since 2018.
Hope has over 16 years’ experience in private practice, consulting, and corporate spheres.
She is also the owner, organisational consultant, coach and facilitator at Thariwa Holdings, which was founded in 2015. Prior to that, Hope was the head of human resources at FNB for nine years and held the role of senior human resource consultant at BMW for three years.
She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pretoria, an advanced programme qualification in Organisational Development from the University of South Africa and has completed the Human Resources Executive Programme at the University of Michigan.
For her role as chief human resources officer at BCX, Hope has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards.
