Hope Lukoto is currently the CHRO at Openserve.
Before this, she has been the CHRO at BCX for about seven years.
Hope has over 16 years’ experience in private practice, consulting, and corporate spheres.
She is also the owner, organisational consultant, coach and facilitator at Thariwa Holdings, which was founded in 2015. Prior to that, Hope was the head of HR at FNB for nine years and held the role of senior HR consultant at BMW for three years.
She holds a masters in clinical psychology from the University of Pretoria, an advanced programme qualification in organisational development from the University of South Africa and has completed the HR executive Programme at the University of Michigan.
