Jonathan Muthige is currently the chief human capital and transformation officer at Alexander Forbes, while also serving as CEO of growth markets.

He holds a BA Honours from the University of Natal, a diploma in project management from Damelin Cape Town and completed a Strategic Human Resources Management programme at Harvard Business School.
