Juba Mashaba, the Cell C Chief Human Resources Officer, has more than 30 years of experience in developing people performance enhancement strategies and interventions, leading and executing organisational change processes as well as driving culture transformation. Juba has vast human resources operational and leadership experience, having headed the HR function in leading South African and global brands. Prior to Cell C he served as Group Executive Director at Aveng where he was responsible for a total workforce of 40 000 employees spread across 25 countries in Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australasia. Before that, he was Human Resources Director at Arcelor-Mittal (South Africa) and PepsiCo International (Sub-Sahara Africa).
