Lebitso Mokgatle has been the human resources executive at ENSafrica since 2014.
Lebitso is a senior and well experienced HR head.
Prior to joining ENSafrica, she was the general manager of human resources at Hollard. Lebitso previously worked for Absa as a human resources business partner (Group Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Public Affairs and Service and Innovation). She was also a human resources manager at Deutsche Bank. Her human resources career progressed during the five years that she spent with KPMG in various capacities including: senior manager of transformation, senior manager of recruitment and recruitment manager.
Lebitso holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. She also has a post-graduate diploma in Management (Human Resources) from Wits Business School and a BA in Industrial Psychology and English from Natal University (now University of KwaZulu-Natal).
For her role as human resources executive at ENSafrica, Lebitso has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards.
