In her last role at FNB International, she supported businesses on the African continent and in India, giving her experience and skills in an emerging market context. Her current role entails leading the full Human Capital strategy across MMI, providing strategic leadership and oversight for HR operations, organisational development and design, culture, talent management, transformation and leadership development. She has an MA in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
