Neridha Moodley has been with SNG Grant Thornton since 2001 and has been actively involved in human resources for over 15 years.

Neridha started as an audit clerk first at Ernst and Young and then MSGM Masuku Jeena before spending time as audit manageress at Mahomedy & Manjee, before joining Gobodo in 2001.

Since then, Neridha’s role has evolved over the years, and through the merger with SizweNtsaluba and subsequent integration with Grant Thornton, from a purely transactional human resources role to one that is more transformational in nature and Neridha currently holds the position of Leader of People and Culture.

Neridha holds B.Com and diploma in accountancy, both from the University of Natal. She has an auditing specialism qualification from the National School of Accounting and has completed the final qualifying exam from the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.

For her role as leader of people and culture, Neridha has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards.
