Norah Sehunoe is the executive head of human capital at Santam Insurance.

Norah joined Santam Insurance after serving as managing executive for human capital at Sanlam Corporate. Prior to that, she was head of HR (Centre Unit) at Hollard Insurance, following a long-standing career with the company that spanned various roles including HR manager, executive assistant to the group CFO and insure CEO, and HR business partner.

Her earlier experience includes time at Etana Insurance as a general manager for HR, and at Standard Bank as a resource manager.

Norah holds a Master of Arts in organisational and industrial psychology from UNISA, a postgraduate diploma in business management, and both BSc and honours degrees in industrial psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
