Brian Tyebileyo has over 20 years’ experience in HR. He has both local and international experience working in car manufacturing, telecommunications, development banking and FMCG industries. Brian has spent most of his career in senior generalist roles supporting top management and acting as an advisor and coach to business leaders. His experience includes change management, learning and development, employee relations, coaching and organisation restructuring. Brian worked in various global and local organisations such as Nissan, Vodacom, DBSA and Nestle. In 2019 he started his own HR company Orkid Human Capital Solutions.
