Renier van Coller is the General Manager People at Afrimat, a position he has held since June 2022. Prior to joining Afrimat, Renier served as a Group Manager for Human Resources at Conscience VC, where he was responsible for understanding and creating a shared culture, designing a work environment that engages people, and constructing a new model of leadership and career development. He also served as a Senior Management and HR Consultant for EON Consulting. Renier has also served as the Director of HR and Corporate Services at Lesedi Nuclear Services, and as the Director of Vukuzenzele Skills Academy, where he managed the company's skills development initiatives. Prior to this, he worked as an International HR Director at Framatome, where he managed the total HR function for the business unit. He has an MBA from UNISA amongst many other qualifications.
