Ruth Wotela has been the people wellness executive at SilverBridge since 2016.
Ruth was the HR manager at SilverBridge for three years before taking on the current role.
She has been involved in the human resources space since 2007 when she held the role of human resources consultant at HR Outsource. In 2009, Ruth took on the role of recruitment consultant at Initiate International before moving to become a management trainee at JvR Consulting Psychologist in 2013.
Ruth is currently reading for a PhD (Management) through the Witwatersrand Business School.
She holds an MA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand, B. Com (Hons) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Unisa. She also holds a BSocSci (Hons) in Workplace Change and Labour Law and a BSocSci (Labour) in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town.
For her role as people wellness executive at SilverBridge, Ruth has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards.
