Tembi Topham currently serves as the HR executive for talent and DEIB at RCL Foods, a role she started in May 2025.

Before this, Tembi spent nearly 20 years at The SPAR Group, where she steadily rose through the ranks. Her most recent role there was as group HR development executive. Prior to that, she was the divisional HR executive at SPAR Lowveld DC, HR and development manager, and earlier held marketing roles within the organisation.

Tembi has completed multiple leadership development programmes, including the International Executive Development Programme for Women at GIBS and executive courses at Stellenbosch Business School.

She is currently pursuing an MBA at Regenesys Business School and holds a BCom in marketing management from UNISA, along with a postgraduate diploma in labour law from the University of Johannesburg.
