Trevor Dale has been the head of HR at Raubex Group since November 2010.
Prior to this, Trevor ran his own consulting company, Dale Consulting, which specialised in assisting small and medium-sized businesses with HR management and compliance with labour legislation. He has also worked as the general manager and HR manager and consultant at Crusader Health Ghana, a healthcare provider operating in Africa.
Earlier in his career, Trevor was an HR executive at Cashbuild and spent 15 years at JCI as HR manager where he started his journey in HR.
He completed his professional diploma in HR from the Australian HR Institute, and his certificate in labour relations from the University of Johannesburg. He also holds a in national diploma in personnel management and business economics, also from the University of Johannesburg.
