Vanessa Crawford is  the Group HR Executive at ADvTECH Group, a position she has held since December 2019. Prior to this, she served as Group Talent Manager at the same company from 2018 to 2019. She also worked as a freelance HR Consultant for two years, providing consultation services to organizations in need of talent management strategies. Crawford spent seven years as a Talent Manager at The South African Breweries, where she developed and optimized processes and tools to support HR business partners, including recruitment, engagement, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and high potential management. Before that, she was a Talent Solutions Manager at Miller Brewing Company in the USA and a Group Recruitment Manager at SABMiller plc in the UK, where she created the first Talent Acquisition department in the SABMiller Group in support of the organization's mergers and acquisitions drive.  She has an MBA from Thames Valley University.
