Master Drilling Group HR Manager Waldo Hatting has written a number of acadmemic papers on performance management. In his current role, he oversees the full range of HR corporate functions, including training, remuneration as well as the attraction, deployment , development and retention of motivated skilled employees in order to meet the multinational organisation's strategic objectives. Prior to Master Drilling, Waldo spent eight years at Exxaro Resources, which he left as the manager of HR, services performance and improvement.
