A familiar return as Tshepo Yvonne Mosadi joins RCL Foods as HR director

Tshepo Yvonne Mosadi has been appointed as HR director at RCL Foods, marking her return to the organisation after several years in senior executive people roles across multiple industries.

Her previous experience includes an earlier tenure at RCL Foods, where she served as senior HR business partner for the Inland Region.

She most recently served as chief people officer at Daybreak Foods. Prior to this, she was appointed executive HR director at Hyundai Automotive South Africa.

She also held roles at The Heineken Company, including HR director, and head of HR business partnering and employee relations. Earlier in her career, she also worked as regional HR manager at Pioneer Foods and Edcon.

Her career began in HR and industrial relations roles at organisations including LabourNet, Sasbo – The Finance Union, Berco Express and Landelahni Recruitment, and as a student assistant at the Unisa.

Tshepo holds an MBA from Mancosa, a postgraduate diploma in labour dispute resolution from Stellenbosch University, and management development qualifications from GIBS Business School and Henley Business School. She also holds a BTech and a national diploma in HR management from the Unisa.
