Since the Covid-19 pandemic, organisations have had to adjust to new ways of work including new systems, new working models and the need to keep pace with changing laws and regulations.

During her session starting at 10.40am in Ballroom 2, Gcobisa will be talking about how HR professionals and departments can harness digitisation and automation, policies and procedures to ensure their employment and work practices demonstrate a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations, while also being aware of the company's larger human capital resources objectives.
