Telecommunications company Cell C recently appointed Juliet Mhango as its Chief Human Resources Offices. Mhango joined the company after having been the Group HR Executive at Life Healthcare since 2015. In a statement, Cell C said Mhango would bring key skills of leading transformation within businesses and the ability to manage the skills chain of a large number of employees. At Life Healthcare, Mhango led a project driving the transformation of women focusing on talent management. The project aimed to improve the attractiveness and rebrand of the nursing profession, attracting top talent to the business to fill those roles.

“With Cell C’s key focus on the development of its employees and with a large number of staff across various regions, we look forward to Juliet’s expertise in this regard,” said Cell C Chief Executive Officer, Jose Dos Santos.

Mhango has a passion for using innovative ways to approach the HR environment, which makes her a perfect fit for Cell C. She holds a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA.

“I know that Juliet will ensure that Cell C’s journey of employee empowerment and career growth are executed with innovation and care. We are pleased to welcome such a skilled professional to our ranks,” said Dos Santos.
