Linda Keun steps into chief people officer role at The Catalyst Group

Linda Keun has been promoted to chief people officer at The Catalyst Group.

In her new role, she will be responsible for HR initiatives around the organisation, and fostering a performance culture that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Linda joined The Catalyst Group in 2024, as the director of employee experience leading as an experienced and creative HR and people development manager who gets excited about guiding human capital needs.

The Catalyst Group describes itself as an innovative, tech-focused financial services firm that delivers independent fund administration, financial accounting and corporate services to a range of clients.

Her previous experiences include serving as an HR director at BroadReach, and as the head of talent and transformation at Woolworths.

Linda holds a master’s in leadership from Concordia University Portland, and an honours degree in development studies from the University of South Africa.
