Lindani Dube has been appointed as the CHRO at TransUnion Africa and the TransUnion Global Capability Centre Africa.
In her role, she looks forward to creating a more innovative, inclusive and impactful environment that is helping solve challenges such as financial inclusion for all.
“It’s been just a few weeks since I was appointed at Transunion and the TransUnion Global Capability Centre Africa, and I’m really excited about the work we are doing to solve problems that matter for our beloved African continent," she shares.

Lindani brings over two decades of experience to her new position, having previously held senior HR roles at major corporations.
She has served as the HR and communications director for South Africa at Holcim, the group executive head of HR at MultiChoice Group, and the executive head of human resources for Africa and South Africa at Worley. She also held the position of group human resources director for Africa at Howden.
Lindani holds a master of business leadership (MBL) in strategic HR management from the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership, and a postgraduate diploma in business management from the University of South Africa.
