Lisa February takes on group head of HR role at ATM Group

Lisa February has joined ATM Group as group head of HR.

She joins the organisation after serving as head of HR at CXI. Before CXI, Lisa spent six years as a people partner at Concentrix. 

She previously held roles as HR business partner at Innovation Group South Africa, HR consultant at RCS, operations manager at Quest Staffing Solutions and as headhunter at Jack Hammer.

Academically, Lisa holds a bachelor of commerce in industrial and organisational psychology from the University of South Africa.
